WELCOME friends my name is Tyler Tanner and
I am so grateful you are here!
I've been blessed to be a lover of Yoga for 12 years, and now a 500hr RYT, and Yoga Specialist for going on 2 years.
A specialist in Trauma Informed and alignment focused Yoga, my passion in this life is helping to empower women to find and realize their authentic selves while boldly and joyfully giving Her permission to reawaken and rejoin the world as she was meant to - We need Her!


Diagnosed with PTSD in 2019 myself, becoming a trauma informed specialist and working in this space is such a privilege to me. Having seen the powerful effects yoga and meditation could have on my own life, my love for sharing yoga comes from its ability to illuminate the powerful impact this practice can have on everybody - and every body - and the unique ability it has to permeate every area of our lives, extending its benefits far beyond the time we put in on our mats.
I found so much peace in finding and learning about tools that would allow me to work within my inner materials and try to truly help and support myself. And ultimately that is why I love the work I do and the people I get to share it with .
Through my own personal journey, I’ve developed a such special place in my heart for sharing specifically Yoga Nidra and a blend of Restorative and Yin Yoga to help my students expand their horizons for healing what may be going on on the inside.
Most experts agree that the effects of trauma live in the physical body - that’s why the science behind yoga holds merit and helps many in their efforts to genuinely finding themselves on the road to healing and relief.

About Simply Mind Body Soul Yoga
Aside from being a yoga teacher I am a member of the Silicon Valley corporate work force in my personal life and an entrepreneurial business consultant. Both of these professions have allowed me to quickly come to a first- hand understanding of the incredible investment we make when we make time to sit with ourselves.
Our bodies are a constant source of information and indicators, they will tell us exactly what we need, we just need to learn how to listen. This is the fundamental idea behind Simply Mind Body Soul Yoga: To compassionately pursue enlightened consciousness through modalities that facilitate self study governed by those three pillars.
I created Simply Mind Body Soul Yoga to help women step into a reinvigorated relationship with themselves to move more confidently, joyfully and harmoniously within themselves. We provide our participants with opportunities to recharge their body, mind, and soul with positive energy and reconnect with themselves.
We start with a solid foundation, and aim to constantly improve our services and offerings. We are confident that our picturesque locations, first-class hosts, and committed community will inspire growth and inspiring experience that will leave you feeling like a brighter light in this world.
